From South
8 miles north of Dumfries on the A76
From M6 Northbound, continue onto M74
Leave at JN 22
Continue to Dumfries bypass
At forth roundabout take the 5th exit (signposted A76 Kilmarnock)
Turn Right off the A76 at Auldgith (signposted Auldgirth, Kirkton)
The inn can be easily seen on the left

From North (M74)
Head south on the M74. leave motorway at JN15 (signposted A701 Moffat/Dumfries)
Drive south on this road towards Dumfries
Drive through Locharbriggs to Dumfries bypass
Take 3rd exit at roundabout (signposted A75 Stranraer) and the 5th exit at the next roundabout (A76 Kilmarnock)
Turn right off the A76 at Auldgirth (signposted Auldgirth, Kirkton) and the Inn can be easily seen on the left

From North (Kilmarnock)
Head south on the A76. Auldgirth is situated approximately 7miles south of Thornhill. Turn left off the A76 at Auldgirth
The Inn is easily seen on the left
